SUMMARY
Chiverton Construction Services advised on this refurbishment and were lucky enough to be asked to carry out the works. Due to the nature of the works, we were delighted to work alongside our trusted tradesman at C&D Maintenance.
The original tile walling had failed, causing water ingress into the wall structure and the subsequent failure of the existing plaster. The bathroom was completely ripped out and replastered, before we installed wetwall around the two main elevations of the room.
All trades were completed by our team, and our experience meant that the works were carried out as planned and on budget. Each day ensuring the tenant was left with safe and operational bathroom.
